Project Summary
Haverford Township is soliciting Bids from qualified contractors (“Proposer”) to provide weekly bulk trash collection, transportation, and lawful disposal services for the Township's resident bulk item pickup program. The selected proposals will be responsible for performing scheduled pickups and all collection, loading, transportation, disposal, and related services necessary. The Township will coordinate the administrative functions of the program and residents will register for a bulk item pickup directly with the Township.
The Township will also provide all customer service including resident complaints and inquiries. Under no circumstance may the successful Proposer engage with residents, and all complaints or questions should be referred to the Township point of contact for prompt and direct resolution with the resident.
